- Manage the daily operations of clients' social media accounts across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Develop and implement social media strategies tailored to client objectives
- Coordinate with creative, content, and marketing teams to plan, schedule, and publish content
- Monitor engagement and track performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, etc.)
- Create and optimize workflows and SOPs for content approval and publishing
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of social media executives or interns
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activity to keep strategies relevant
- Handle crisis communication and manage online reputation, when necessary
- Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and meets company goals
- 5–6 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing operations
- Well Experience in Client Handling and Team Handling
- Proven expertise in social media strategy, content planning, and performance analysis
- Strong knowledge of content scheduling, audience engagement, and analytics tools
- Experience managing advertising campaigns across social platforms
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
- Previous agency experience is a plus
