- GTM Tool Workflow Management:
- Design, implement, and maintain workflows within GTM tools to support go-to-market initiatives.
- Collaborate with the analytics team to measure and track the ROI of GTM tool workflows.
- Ensure workflows are scalable, reliable, and aligned to GTM business priorities.
- Knowledge of
- Own the development, implementation, and maintenance of lead routing processes for SDR teams.
- Ensure accurate and timely lead assignments to the right reps, improving speed-to-lead and conversion rates.
- Leverage tools such as LeanData and BookIt (experience is a plus) to optimize routing and meeting scheduling.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner closely with analytics, sales operations, and marketing operations to align on goals, processes, and performance metrics.
- Act as a bridge between GTM Operations and execution teams to ensure smooth process adoption.
- Process Improvement & Problem-Solving:
- Identify bottlenecks in GTM processes and propose scalable solutions.
- Apply critical thinking and reasoning skills to analyze problems, anticipate impacts, and implement improvements.
- Experience working with global marketing teams in a cross-functional role that requires collaborating across multiple departmental teams
- Familiarity with GTM, marketing and sales automation platforms (Outreach, Salesforce, Clay, LeanData, BookIT, 6sense, etc.).
- Understanding of GTM processes across marketing, SDR, and sales teams.
- Proficiency in working with APIs to extract and parse data.
- Strong analytical skills to assess account engagement and optimize targeting strategies.
- Ability to work independently while ensuring alignment with multiple teams.
- Sharp eye for detail - you catch anomalies and inconsistencies before they impact operations.
- Process architect - you thrive on creating clear, repeatable SOPs and well-structured documentation
- Tech-savvy GTM operator - skilled in administering GTM tools and comfortable with marketing automation platforms.
