- Collaborate with the Employee Experience Specialist Lead to continuously monitor employee feedback and ensure that updates and changes in strategies or policies align with the organization's needs and goals
- Support program deployments and execution in collaboration with the Employee Experience Specialist Lead to ensure successful implementation and adoption
- Identify improvement opportunities and develop initiatives to ensure an optimal experience for both corporate and frontline employees, maintaining an understanding of employee sentiment and incorporating feedback into experience design initiatives
- Help to identify opportunities to improve employee experience and develop roadmaps to implement proposed initiatives
- Support the delivery of company-wide, local, and new joiner Employee Experience initiatives
- Review and analyze the effectiveness of Employee Experience design & Workplace design/policies using employee experience surveys and communicate findings to the Employee Experience Lead
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- Experience working in Human Resources or Employee Experience
- Experience operating in large, multi-national corporations in a highly matrixed, complex structure
- Experience working across many countries and cultures
- Understands the needs and challenges of global leaders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Knowledge of learning management systems trends, regulations, and best practices
