- Provide support to the respective technical team members
- Assist with matters related to fees and billings, invoicing, budgets and ensure efficient team communications and support to maintain client relationships
- Perform non-technical planning and organizational tasks for the respective account aligned to you
- Ensure that all required documentations are filed and archived with no delays
- Reports and Dashboard preparation for client teams including senior leadership
- Review of working papers and client folders. Suggest ideas on improving engagement productivity and identify opportunities for improving client services
- Act as a central point of contact for the assigned engagement(s)
- Be knowledgeable about the services the engagement provides and utilize that knowledge to make suggestions and/or recommendations
- Adaptive to team and fosters collaborative approach
- Innovative approach to the project, when required
