Position - Business Development Manager - ConstructionLocation - Andheri West - D N Nagar (Mumbai)Salary - up to 20 LPA (Open for right candidate)Experience - 08 Years to 15 Years Construction/Redevelopment- Reading the News Papers, Finding out the Re-development (Co-op. Hsg. Society) Tenders, Obtaining the preliminary information, Discussion with the Director.- Site Survey, Purchasing the Tender, Making the Salient Features of the Tender Document, Preparation of Tentative Financial Analysis with the help of Liaison Dept.- Attending the Pre Bid meetings, preparing the tender forms, submitting the tender, attending the tender opening, keeping the follow up of tenders submitted, maintaining the tender records.- Making the arrangement for Site Visit of Existing Society members to show them our various projects.- Making the Presentations with the help of Architectures Marketing & Liaison Dept.- Coordinating with other departments in the organization. Viz the legal department for Development Agreements, Individual Agreements after finalization with society.- Awareness of the latest updates of the Development Plan of Mumbai City (ref:updazz.com)
