Opportunity to work with global leadership to drive the rewards philosophy Opportunity to shape and lead the compensation and benefits strategies Job Description Develop and implement comprehensive C&B strategies tailored to the APAC region, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and market best practices. Conduct regular benchmarking and market analysis to evaluate the competitiveness of our compensation and benefits offerings across APAC markets. Design and manage base pay structures, incentive plans, equity programs, and employee benefits to attract, retain, and motivate top talent. Oversee the annual compensation review process, including salary benchmarking, merit increases, and bonus payouts, while ensuring compliance with local regulations. Partner with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition teams to provide guidance on compensation matters, including job evaluations, offer negotiations, and retention strategies. Collaborate with Finance and Legal teams to ensure the accuracy and integrity of compensation data and compliance with regulatory requirements. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize C&B programs and processes, leveraging technology and data analytics to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. The Successful Applicant Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field 8 to 12 years of progressive experience in Compensation and Benefits roles, with atleast 4+ years of experience in consulting organisations Strong understanding of compensation and benefits principles, practices, and regulations across APAC countries, with demonstrated experience in managing C&B programs for diverse markets. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, perform financial analysis, and develop actionable insights to support decision-making. Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization. Strategic mindset with a focus on driving results and continuous improvement, while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
