Job Description:Key ResponsibilitiesCustomize and extend Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Service modules) to meet business requirements.Implement client-side customizations using JavaScript, web resources, and HTML.Develop server-side customizations using C# and .NET assemblies.Design and develop REST APIs for system integrations.Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems via REST APIs, with and without middleware.Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Utilize source control tools (GIT, VSS) for code management.Develop and maintain workflows, plugins, and custom entities.Leverage Power Automate and Power Apps to enhance productivity and automation.Work with Microsoft Azure services such as Function Apps and Service Bus for integration and process automation.Conduct unit testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.Must-Have SkillsStrong hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Online (Service modules).Proficient in JavaScript, C#, .NET, HTML, and web resources.Solid understanding of Dynamics 365 customization and extension concepts.Proven experience in REST API development and integration.Experience integrating with external systems using REST APIs (both direct and middleware-based).Working knowledge of source control tools (GIT, VSS, or similar).Good understanding of Power Automate and Power Apps.Experience with Microsoft Azure services like Function App and Service Bus.Good-to-Have SkillsExperience with Microsoft Dataverse.Knowledge of security roles and privilege management in Dynamics 365.Familiarity with DevOps pipelines for Dynamics 365.Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.Skills:MS CRM , PlugIns, Javascript,Azure,IntegrationsAbout Company:UST is a global digital transformation solutions provider.
