Job Description:The person selected for the role should have good experience in Marine Design and Engineering.(a)Design & engineering activities for Naval Warships and marine platforms, Areas include- Hull and structural design, General arrangement & layouts,- Hull equipment such as (Anchoring, Towing & Mooring, RAS, Paint, Doors and hatches, Boat, Crane etc.)(b)Interaction with Classifications societies, OEM and customer authorities and rectifying issues and obtaining on-time approvals and relevant documents(c)Preparations of Specifications for hull equipment (for systems mentioned above)(d)Preparation of production drawings, Detailing, design support to production floor for hull equipment(e)Preparation of BOM estimation for concept design projects.(f) Able to handle multiple projects(g) Implementation of new process to enhance design activities.
