- Lead requirements review.
- End to End delivery of key product features.
- Provide senior knowledge and experience around software development for a multi-tenant cloud-based application and help lead the transition into an Eptura event-based platform.
- Write clean, scalable, and testable code.
- Lead and coach a software development squad.
- Manage sprint content and sprint success.
- Own the complete software development lifecycle.
- Apply and coach agile (scrum) software development principles.
- Ensure synchronization and clear up dependencies between other squads and teams (product, infra, …) in Eptura.
- Revise, update, refactor and debug code.
- Improve existing software by using industry standard constant refactoring approach.
- Foster documentation throughout the software development life cycle
- Be part of a fast-paced team providing industry leading visitor management solutions to global enterprise customers
- Bachelor Software Engineering or similar
- .Net: 5 years minimum
- TypeScript or similar typed language: 3 years minimum
- React (native) is a plus.
- Kafka or similar event-driven architecture: 2 years minimum
- Kubernetes is a plus.
- CI/CD pipelines (Gitlab/Azure/Github) : 5 years minimum
- Strong proficiency in Linux and strong devOps capabilities: 3 years minimum
- MySQL/SQL server or similar: 5 years minimum
- C-sharp knowledge is a plus.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies
