The Sr. Executive – PMX is responsible for executing and monitoring plant maintenance and project activities. This role supports preventive and breakdown maintenance, equipment reliability improvement, project execution, and safety compliance, ensuring smooth plant operations and cost-effective solutions.Key Responsibilities:Plan and execute preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance for plant machinery.Support in CAPEX project execution, shutdown planning, and new equipment installation.Monitor and improve equipment uptime, reliability, and energy efficiency.Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors for project and maintenance tasks.Maintain proper documentation for maintenance schedules, spares, and compliance records.Analyze equipment failures and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for corrective actions.Track and report KPIs, equipment downtime, and cost tracking.Assist in budget preparation and monitor maintenance expenses.Ensure adherence to safety protocols, SOPs, and statutory regulations.Utilize SAP PM Module / CMMS for work order and maintenance planning.Prepare and present MIS reports, project status updates, and DPRs.Educational Qualifications:B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation EngineeringAdditional certification in Maintenance Management, TPM, SAP-PM is a plusKey Skills Required:Preventive & Predictive MaintenanceProject CoordinationMechanical/Electrical MaintenanceTPM / Lean / Kaizen KnowledgeSAP PM / CMMSProblem Solving & RCAContractor & Vendor ManagementSafety and Compliance AwarenessExcel, MS Project, MIS ReportingStrong Communication and Team SkillsJOB APPLYhttp://jobs.vinayakjob.com/CONTACT DETAILS :-NAME - SHASHI NUMBER - 93026 42415
