Job Description:35191Job TitleSenior Analyst QA Engineer Synthetic Data Risk Policy AI IntegrationRole SummaryWe are seeking a Senior Analyst to serve as the embedded risk and data storytelling partner for our AI Ready Data Trusted Governance and Simulation Hub Programs This role is accountable for ensuring that data risks client consent and PII risk controls are designed implemented and maintained across synthetic data platforms AI agents and generated datasetsThe role operates at the intersection of risk policy AI systems and data engineering translating regulatory and risk requirements into practical scalable technical controls The successful candidate will act as a risk steward policy interpreter and AIdata integrator within a fastmoving internal data risk technology teamThis role reports jointly to the Data Risk Lead and the Simulation Hub LeadKey ResponsibilitiesRisk Control OwnershipDesign and embed risk based data controls I controls into synthetic data generation pipelines and AIenabled assetsEnsure synthetic datasets meet internal risk standards and regulatory expectations including appropriate documentation and auditabilityAssess and manage residual risk across synthetic data use cases models and downstream consumptionRisk Policy AI EnablementTranslate risk policies and regulatory requirements into actionable technical and operational controlsPartner with engineers and data scientists to integrate risk requirements into AI agents workflows and toolingSupport governance design for synthetic data lifecycle management including access retention and usage constraintsData Storytelling Stakeholder EngagementClearly articulate risk posture tradeoffs and control effectiveness to technical and nontechnical stakeholdersDevelop concise risk narratives to support decisionmaking approvals and senior leadership updatesAct as a bridge between data risk legalprivacy and engineering teamsIntegration OversightCollaborate with product engineering and platform teams to ensure riskbydesign principles are embedded earlySupport reviews testing and validation of synthetic datasets and AIdriven capabilitiesContribute to continuous improvement of synthetic data risk frameworks and operating modelsRequired Experience SkillsExperience in data risk privacy AI governance or analytics risk management within a regulated or large enterprise environmentStrong understanding of privacy by design including data mapping access controls and privacy impact assessments Experience implementing risk based frameworks based on legislation change or organizational demandAbility to translate policy and regulatory requirements into technical controls and system designsWorking knowledge of AIML systems data pipelines andor synthetic data conceptspatterns handson coding experience ideal but not requiredStrong communication skills with demonstrated ability to tell clear credible risk storiesPreferred QualificationsExposure to synthetic data generation AI agents or advanced analytics platformsExperience operating in matrixed environments with dual reporting linesFamiliarity with enterprise risk frameworks model risk management or privacybydesign principlesSkills:Mandatory Skills : AI/GenAI ResearchAbout Company:LTM is an AI-centric global technology services company and the Business Creativity partner to the world’s largest and most disruptive enterprises.
