Job descriptionJob Title: Territory Sales Manager - Weighing and Allied SolutionsLocation: Andheri East, MumbaiJob Summary:We're seeking an experienced Sales Professional to promote our Weighing and Allied solutions to Builders, Architects, Construction & Infrastructure development Companies. The ideal candidate should have a strong network in the Construction and Real estate industry with a proven track record of driving sales growth.Key Responsibilities:1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities: Build relationships with Builders and construction companies to promote our Innovative Weighing solutions.2. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations. Showcase the benefits and features to potential opportunities.3. Develop and maintain a sales pipeline4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity6. Meet and exceed sales targets7. Provide excellent customer service. Ensure customer satisfaction through timely responses, product knowledge, and offering resolution.Requirements:1. Experience: 2+ years of sales experience in the construction, real estate, or Infrastructure industry.2. Strong Network & established relationships with builders, infrastructure development and construction companies.3. Product knowledge: Familiarity with construction & building materials, construction machineries, earthmoving equipments, RMC plants and crushing equipments.4. Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.6.
