Then you could be our new Senior AP Accountant (Support Australia and New Zealand), as a part of our global group finance team.Do You Also Believe People Are a Company’s Greatest Asset?Take responsibility for processes in HUB, approve Impero controls, and act as the first point of contact for process questions.Ensure all processes are correctly executed in HUB.Ensure quality and timely processing of both non-PO and PO invoices.Review accounts payable register, vendor statements, and payment reminders. Provide professional accounting skills to support the organization.Perform other tasks related to daily operations as needed.Account payable accounting according to Hempel rules and procedures, including cost allocation, calculation and posting of:Non PO invoicesPO invoicesFollow-up of invoice approvals and dealing with business to clarify any discrepanciesDetailed review of correctness of posting (i.e. cost centres, business units, VAT codes) prior to month closeProactive role in reconciling accounts and open issues:review of vendor statements and payment reminders on daily basissupervision of timely approvals in invoice workflow systemproviding explanation to questions raised by other departmentsMonthly and accurate AP-GL reconciliations, accruals posting, currency revaluationsAt least quarterly reviewing of open transactions on vendor accounts, contact with vendors and take needed action to clear all outstanding balancesWhat Are We Looking For?

University degree in Accounting, Finance or related area

Minimum 5-8 year professional experience on similar position

Good command of the English language

Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, Excel (super user) etc.)

Work in accounting system SAP would be an asset
