The SAP QA Analyst ensures the quality and reliability of SAP systems through rigorous testing and validation. They identify defects, document issues, and work with development teams to resolve them. Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements. • Translate business needs into SAP functional and technical specifications. • Configure, test, and implement SAP solutions (e.g., MM, SD, FICO). • Conduct system testing and troubleshoot SAP-related issues. • Provide end-user training and create documentation/user manuals. • Monitor SAP system performance and recommend improvements. • Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards. • Support integration of SAP with other enterprise systems • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts for SAP modules. • Identify and document defects, errors, and inconsistencies. • Collaborate with developers and analysts to resolve issues. • Ensure final SAP solutions meet business and user expectations. • Monitor and report on testing progress and outcomes. • Research market standards and compare product performance. • Recommend improvements to enhance system efficiency . Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. • Experience with SAP modules and configuration. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and project management abilities. • Familiarity with data analysis and forecasting tools. • SAP certification is a plus. • 5-8 years of experience in SAP QA or software testing. • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. • Familiarity with QA tools (e.g., HP ALM, JIRA). • Understanding of SAP modules and business processes. • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
