The candidate will be responsible for guiding students and professionals for overseas opportunities, managing end-to-end recruitment counseling, and coordinating with international partners for placements. Key Responsibilities: Counsel and guide students and job applicants regarding overseas employment and study opportunities. Handle HR screening and pre-selection of candidates for international placements. Collaborate with the recruitment team to source, screen, and shortlist candidates based on the requirements of overseas employers and institutions. Maintain a database of applicants and track their application, interview, and placement progress. Provide guidance on documentation, visa processes, and compliance requirements for overseas employment/study. Coordinate with international partners, universities, or employers for job postings, interviews, and onboarding processes. Conduct orientation and counseling sessions for selected candidates to prepare them for overseas transitions. Key Requirements: 2-4 years of experience in HR, overseas recruitment, or student placement counseling. Knowledge of international hiring processes, work permits, and study abroad procedures. Strong interpersonal and communication skills for handling candidate interactions and client coordination. Ability to multitask and maintain organized candidate records. Experience in achieving recruitment or counseling targets. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in HR, Management, or any relevant field. Prior experience in overseas recruitment agencies or educational consultancies is an advantage. Familiarity with visa regulations, compliance, and international job markets.
