- Identify and research target prospects in our ideal customer profile.
- Conduct high-volume outbound outreach (emails, calls, LinkedIn) to engage potential customers.
- Qualify leads and schedule discovery meetings for the Account Executives.
- Follow up promptly on inbound leads from marketing campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of all outreach activities in the CRM.
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
- Meet and exceed monthly KPIs for qualified opportunities and meetings booked.
- 2-5 years of sales, lead generation, or customer-facing experience (SaaS or B2B preferred).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and driven to hit targets.
- Comfortable making cold calls and sending outreach emails.
- Ability to quickly learn and articulate product value propositions.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) is a plus.
