Located in Delhi, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Head to lead our buying and selling media operations and manage our existing client base. Role Overview: As the Business Head for Buying and Selling Media and Servicing of Existing Clients, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of media buying and selling, managing client relationships, and leading a team of advertising professionals. Your role will also involve working with government entities and handling political party campaigns, making it essential to have prior experience in these areas. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize media buying and selling opportunities, ensuring revenue growth and profitability. Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing customized advertising solutions. Lead negotiations with media vendors to secure competitive rates and favorable terms for advertising placements. Explore new business opportunities and partnerships to expand our client base and market reach. Oversee the execution of advertising campaigns, ensuring quality and timely delivery of services to clients. Collaborate with internal teams, including creative and marketing departments, to develop effective advertising strategies. Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory changes affecting the advertising landscape. Mentor and guide a team of experienced advertising professionals, providing leadership and support in their professional development. Build and manage a strong advertising team across different regions of India, ensuring alignment with company goals and standards. Represent BlueBird Advertising at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to enhance our brand presence and reputation. Requirements: Proven experience in media buying, selling, and servicing clients in the advertising industry, preferably with a focus on government companies and political party campaigns. Strong understanding of media planning, buying, and negotiation strategies, with a track record of delivering successful advertising campaigns. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to interact effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify opportunities, overcome challenges, and drive business growth. Leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate a team, foster a collaborative work environment, and achieve collective goals. Knowledge of digital advertising trends, social media platforms, and emerging technologies is desirable. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field; MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus. Immediate availability to join and hit the ground running in a fast-paced advertising environment.
