- Lead the planning and design phases of interior and structural projects, working closely with architects, designers, and engineers to ensure feasibility, timelines, and budgets are met.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring clear project objectives and milestones are outlined.
- Coordinate all aspects of project delivery, from initial design through construction and final handover.
- Manage and mentor project teams, ensuring effective collaboration among internal staff, subcontractors, and external stakeholders.
- Ensure all team members understand their roles and responsibilities, providing direction and support to ensure efficient project execution.
- Resolve conflicts and issues that arise between team members, subcontractors, or clients in a timely manner.
- Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring all costs are kept within established limits and resources are allocated effectively.
- Review and approve cost estimates, change orders, and any additional expenses.
- Track and control project costs to prevent budget overruns, working with finance teams to ensure timely billing and payments.
- Ensure all interior and structural works meet required quality standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular inspections and site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure safety protocols are adhered to.
- Implement corrective actions where necessary to maintain the integrity of the project and adherence to specifications.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and contractors, providing regular updates and addressing concerns promptly.
- Manage client expectations and ensure project objectives align with the client's vision.
- Prepare and present project reports to senior management and clients, detailing progress, challenges, and recommendations.
- Proactively identify potential risks and issues related to project delivery, such as delays, cost overruns, or quality concerns.
- Develop and implement mitigation strategies to address risks before they impact project timelines or budgets.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, progress reports, change orders, and permits.
- Ensure all legal and regulatory requirements are met, and maintain an accurate record of work completed and approvals received.
- Oversee the final inspection and approval process, ensuring that the project is completed to the client’s satisfaction.
- Ensure smooth handover of the project to the client, ensuring all documentation is finalized and provided.
- Gather feedback from the client and internal stakeholders to assess the success of the project and identify areas for improvement in future projects.
- Education: A degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in managing interior and structural projects, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

- Strong knowledge of interior construction, design processes, structural works, and finishing techniques.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage complex projects and lead cross-functional teams.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budget and cost control.
