  • Proven experience in guest service management with a focus on hospitality industry requirements (Mandatory skill).
  • Possess a great personality to engage and collaborate effectively with guests and team members (Mandatory skill).
  • Experience and proficiency with hospitality management systems for efficient daily operations.
  • Excellent conflict resolution skills to address and manage guest complaints with a professional demeanor.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact successfully with diverse guest backgrounds.
  • A knack for organization and multitasking to manage multiple guest needs simultaneously and efficiently.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and guest satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with regional cultural sensibilities to offer a personalized hospitality experience.
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Welcome and assist guests during their check-in and check-out processes, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Coordinate with the guest services team to deliver exceptional service and guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
  • Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to uphold SaltStayz's reputation for high-quality service.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as housekeeping and maintenance to meet guest needs and requests.
  • Monitor guest feedback and suggest changes and improvements to enhance the guest experience continuously.
  • Provide personalized recommendations and information about local attractions and services to enrich the guest experience.
  • Keep accurate records of all guest interactions and transactions for future reference and support service improvements.
  • Train and guide junior staff members in guest service best practices and SaltStayz's standards.
