- Welcome and assist guests during their check-in and check-out processes, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Coordinate with the guest services team to deliver exceptional service and guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to uphold SaltStayz's reputation for high-quality service.
- Collaborate with other departments such as housekeeping and maintenance to meet guest needs and requests.
- Monitor guest feedback and suggest changes and improvements to enhance the guest experience continuously.
- Provide personalized recommendations and information about local attractions and services to enrich the guest experience.
- Keep accurate records of all guest interactions and transactions for future reference and support service improvements.
- Train and guide junior staff members in guest service best practices and SaltStayz's standards.
