- Plan and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email, SMS, and display advertising.
- Manage and optimize PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, etc.) to increase ROAS.
- Collaborate with creative and product teams to create high-performing content for web and social platforms.
- Monitor and improve local SEO for each store location and manage Google Business Profiles.
- Manage the companies social media presence including content planning, community engagement, and paid campaigns.
- Analyze web traffic and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and CRM data.
- Implement marketing automation workflows (email/SMS) for engagement, retention, and reactivation.
- Coordinate digital efforts for in-store promotions, new store openings, and seasonal campaigns.
- Assist with managing the e-commerce platform to improve user experience and conversion rate.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and tools
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in [industry e.g., e-commerce, Retail ].
- Proven success in driving customer acquisition and retention via digital channels.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, social media strategy, and CRM tools.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, or similar.
