- HR Query Management: Act as the first point of contact for incoming HR queries, resolving straightforward issues and escalating more complex matters to the appropriate team member.
- Onboarding & Offboarding Support: Provide administrative support for onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth experience for new joiners and leavers.
- HR Systems & Data Integrity: Maintain and update employee records in the HR system, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and GDPR compliance.
- General HR Administration: Generate reports, issue employee letters and reference requests, and manage filing and documentation.
- Compliance Checks: Process background checks and right-to-work verifications for new joiners and existing employees/contractors, liaising with relevant stakeholders.
- Project Support: Assist the wider HR team with key projects and ad hoc tasks as required.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general IT systems
- Ability to manage a high-volume workload while maintaining service excellence
