- Bachelor’s degree in Education (B.Ed.) with a specialization in Mathematics or a relevant field.
- Strong subject knowledge in primary-level mathematics, including arithmetic, geometry, measurement, and data handling.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and adapt to changing educational needs.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and educational software for teaching and assessment.
- Passion for teaching and a commitment to student-centered learning.
- Willingness to work in a rural or semi-urban educational setting with a focus on community engagement.
