Maintenance Engineer

• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs for all production and packaging machinery.
• Oversee troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Lead, train, and supervise the maintenance team, ensuring adherence to maintenance procedures and safety standards.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality departments to minimize downtime and improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
• Ensure compliance with local, national, and industry safety and regulatory standards (e.g., OSHA, GMP, HACCP if applicable).
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, spare parts inventory, and equipment history using CMMS or other systems.
• Manage maintenance budgets, contracts, and vendors for parts, services, and utilities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives such as root cause analysis, lean maintenance practices, and energy efficiency programs.
• Plan and execute equipment installations, upgrades, or relocations with minimal disruption to production.
• Lead emergency response efforts for critical breakdowns and ensure contingency plans are in place.
