Ltd.Location: AurangabadExperience Required: 3+ years (Experience in PLC Programming)Qualification: BE in Electrical or Electronics EngineeringJob Responsibilities: Electrical Maintenance: Responsible for the maintenance and repair of electrical equipment, machinery, and systems within the plant to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime. PLC Programming: Develop, implement, and troubleshoot PLC programs for automation systems to control machinery and processes. Preventive Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections and perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems, machinery, and components to prevent breakdowns and increase system reliability. Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve electrical faults and issues promptly to minimize operational disruptions. System Upgrades: Assist in upgrading existing electrical systems, machinery, and control systems, implementing improvements for increased efficiency. Documentation: Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other engineers, production teams, and maintenance staff to ensure smooth operations and quick resolution of electrical issues.Required Skills: Proficiency in PLC programming and troubleshooting (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, or similar PLC systems). Strong knowledge of electrical circuits, control systems, power distribution, and industrial automation. Experience in industrial maintenance, repair, and diagnostics. Understanding of electrical safety standards and practices. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals. Good problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.Desired Qualifications: BE in Electrical Engineering or BE in Electronics Engineering. Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical maintenance with exposure to PLC programming.
