Venue Manager Responsibilities & Duties - Oversee day-to-day venue operations, including event scheduling and coordination
- Maintain excellent customer relationships through prompt and professional communication
- Ensure that all events are executed smoothly, from setup to cleanup
- Manage and supervise venue staff, including scheduling and training
- Create and implement processes for event planning and execution, including event proposals, contracts, and invoices
- Collaborate with the sales team to secure new business and increase revenue
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the local event market and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
- Ensure that all venue policies and procedures are being followed, including health and safety regulations
- Manage the venue budget and maintain accurate financial records
