About
This is new vertical in Bharat Banking-Bharat Enterprise. This vertical specially caters to credit needs of Nano business enterprises wherein the credit requirement both secured and un-secured in between 1-20 Lakh.
About the RoleThe Credit Analyst is responsible for credit and income assessment as per prescribed parameters for the leads generated by Sales Team for Nano secured and un-secured business loan with ticket size between 1-20 Lakh.The Role is expected to deliver on portfolio quality and TAT as per defined parameters of the bank
Key Responsibilities
- Customers assessment by visiting business, residence and collateral place
- Meet customer to capture data points with regard to income based on business specific PD sheet
- Ensure the verification process is compiled within expected TAT with first time right approach
- Broad assessment of collateral w.r to valuation and other parameters as per banks policy
- Conduct holistic and quality reference checks
- Ensure compliance w.r to documentation and other policy guidance
- Manage early delinquencies to ensure portfolio performance
- Should have valid two wheeler driving licenses, two wheeler and Smart phone (preferably android9/IOS 9 and above)
- Education: Graduation/Post Graduation
- Age: Max: 30 Year
- Experience: 1-5 Years of experience in verification/PD bases assessment of customer in Bank or NBFC for- Nano/Micro Business Loans/ Small ticket LAP/ Self-employed PL/ AHL
- Good understanding of Micro/Small unsecured Business loan, Affordable housing or Small ticket LAP
- Knowledge
- Good knowledge of field level operations and systems
- Experience in assessed business income is must.
