Job Description:We are looking for a skilled Network Security Device Engineer – L2 to manage, monitor, and support critical network security infrastructure. The role involves hands-on configuration and troubleshooting of firewall and WAF technologies, ensuring consistent performance and security of the environment.Key Responsibilities:

Configure, monitor, and manage FortiGate and Palo Alto firewalls
Administer and support Web Application Firewalls (WAF), with a focus on F5 WAF
Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly health checks and status validations of security devices
Perform updates, upgrades, and troubleshoot network security issues independently
Manage incidents and service requests using ticketing systems like Symphony or Jira
Coordinate with OEMs, vendors, partners, clients, and internal teams for issue resolution
Maintain accurate documentation of activities and ensure timely updates of tickets
Contribute to root cause analysis and participate in continuous service improvement initiatives

Required Skills:

Minimum 6 years of experience in network security device management
Strong practical knowledge in configuring and troubleshooting FortiGate and Palo Alto firewalls
Experience with F5 WAF or equivalent WAF technologies
Familiarity with enterprise ticketing tools such as Symphony and Jira
Solid troubleshooting, diagnostic, and analytical skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
