Identification and implementation of strategic initiatives & policy changes in collaboration with concerned stakeholders to ensure onboarding of quality portfolio
Portfolio tracking & management to identify triggers & risk areas and suggesting suitable changes to business/collections and other stakeholders
Regular reviewing of the portfolio with senior management through in depth data analytics
Identification of existing & potential risk areas from Internal Audit/Regulatory Audit/Internal process audits and initiating appropriate actions on the same
Ensuring regulatory compliance requirements by aligning credit policy norms in accordance with regulatory directives and close monitoring of the same
