If youre an experienced and motivated Mechanical Design Engineer looking for an opportunity to work on large-scale projects, including mission-critical data centers and commercial developments, wed love to hear from you.Were seeking an engineer with strong HVAC design expertise, a deep understanding of energy efficiency and building codes, and proficiency in relevant software. This role will involve leading HVAC design efforts, working closely with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring systems meet the highest industry standards.Key Responsibilities

Design HVAC systems for data centers, commercial, and industrial buildings while ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
Conduct load calculations and system assessments to determine heating and cooling requirements.
Analyze and optimize existing HVAC systems for efficiency and performance.
Develop detailed equipment specifications, selection criteria, and performance metrics.
Collaborate with architects, electrical and plumbing engineers, and other team members to ensure fully integrated system designs.
Prepare and review technical drawings, schematics, and construction documentation.
Generate detailed project reports, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
Assist in developing HVAC system strategies for high-efficiency, sustainable designs.
Stay up to date with emerging HVAC technologies and industry trends.

Education & Experience

Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
3 to 6+ years of experience in design consultancy.
Expertise in mechanical calculations, specifications, BOQs, schemes, drawings, Basis of Design, and sequence of operations.
Knowledge of relevant Data Center codes (TIA, Uptime, ASHRAE TC 9.9) is a plus.
Hands-on experience managing multiple projects, including client interactions.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, HAP, pipe and duct sizing, and CFD (6 Sigma/Cradle).
Familiarity with sustainability and energy efficiency principles in HVAC design.
