- Basic knowledge of Refinery FCC Process Equipment - Pressure Vessel, Heat Exchangers, Columns, Tanks design as per ASME Div 1, Div 2; API; TEMA; IBR.
- Experience in detail design calculations of Code Stamp Equipment; Preparation of MRs; Mfg. Drawing checking of PV, Heat Exch, Columns, Reactors.
- Hands on experience in using design softwares such as PV Elite, CodeCalc.
- Design for Nozzle local Loads as per WRC-107, 297; Wind, Seismic load calculations as per Indian & International Codes & Standards
- Exposure to FEA - ANSYS & Nozzlepro will be added advantage.
- Good in Design Fundamentals, Solid Mechanics; Preparation of Material Specifications, Material Requisitions; Preparation of technical datasheets/Specifications/Drgs; Bill of
- Experience in preparing / checking of Design Calculations; Fabrication drawings; FEA Reports.
- Good communication with Licensors/PMC/ EPC/Customer/TPIA/ Statutory Agencies, Good communication skills, Team working attitude & good interpersonal skills.
- Good computer skills & Experience of using drafting/3D modelling Software’s such as AUTOCAD, UG-NX.
- Exposure to FE Analysis, Piping, Structural Analysis Softwares viz. ANSYS, CAESAR-II, STAADPRO will be added advantage.
