Role - L2 Support What you'll do for us Daily Routine Hardware procurement and asset management Updating the asset management tool once material received Creating the report of assets in store and procurement Windows and MacOS troubleshooting Providing onsite and remote support User hardware/software/peripheral support LAN & Network troubleshooting and support Creating and maintaining documentation What you'll have Basic Qualifications 4+ years' experience in asset management 4+ years' hands-on IT Support experience in a production environment. 4+ years experience supporting Windows 10 Proven skills in PC repair, troubleshooting, deployment, and liquidation. Experience supporting one or more of: Mac OS X or Linux. Experience in Intune, Google workspace and M365, Active directory. Understanding of networking concepts such as DNS, DHCP, Email. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. This includes the ability to explain technical terminology to non-technical end users. Preferred Qualifications Experience in Asset and Stock Management Experience in onsite AV break/fix Enterprise support experience with Mac or Linux system support & troubleshooting Advanced application support experience including support for Microsoft Office Experience supporting Windows 10 Networking & Telecom skills Knowledge in Microsoft excel is a plus.
