The candidate will support existing Field Personnel Hub (FPH) application on Angular/Java and be part of cloud transformation journey from On-Prem to private cloud and eventually to public cloud.WM_TechnologyWealth Management Technology is responsible for the design, development, delivery, and support of the technical solutions behind the products and services used by the Morgan Stanley Wealth Management Business. Has excellent analytical and problem-solving skills that are coupled with strong communication, anticipates issues and deals with them proactively.
Has a good working understanding of Scrum methodology and DevOps implementation.
Deep familiarity with modern software development and design concepts encompassing a range of languages and platforms.
Can own small to medium scale strategic initiatives/projects, enhances process standards and best practices and supports production issues for currently live systems.
Understands business needs and priorities and provides thought leadership on potential solutions and the opportunities for technology to create positive impact on the business.
Is team oriented, highly collaborative, works effectively to build strong long-term partnerships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization and across a variety of business and IT functions.
Self-sufficient and shows ability to lead, given the opportunity
Demonstrates a passion for technology innovation balanced with a pragmatic approach to developing and deploying solutions that best benefit the business.
Work with geographically dispersed teams (NYC, Alpharetta, Mumbai, and Bangalore).

What you’ll bring to the role:Primary Skills:· At least 6+ years of experience in Angular (Primary) UI and Java (Secondary) development.· Technical knowledge in developing UI application including JavaScript, CSS, and HTML5.· Experience in Angular RXJS, Ngrx/Redux architecture.· Experience in Ecma Script 6 + and type script.· Should have worked in all aspects System Analysis, Design, Development, maintenance and enhancement of UI applications· Should have strong Analytical and problem-solving skill.Skills Desired:· Experience in the Financial / Banking Industry.· Experience with developing Java services· Experience with Containerization, Kubernetes, OpenShift and cloud native developmentWHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM MORGAN STANLEY:We are committed to maintaining the first-class service and high standard of excellence that have defined Morgan Stanley for over 89 years.
