- Develop interactive AR and VR applications using platforms such as Unity, Unreal Engine, WebXR, or similar.
- Integrate 3D assets, animations, audio, and UI elements into immersive environments that align with instructional goals.
- Program interactivity, user controls, and scene logic using C#, Blueprint, or other relevant languages.
- Collaborate closely with 3D asset developers, instructional designers, and SMEs to translate training objectives into engaging experiences.
- Conduct performance optimization, testing, and debugging across multiple AR/VR devices (e.g., Meta Quest, HTC Vive, HoloLens, or similar).
- Implement UX/UI elements and user guidance systems for intuitive navigation within virtual environments. Export to APK application for interface with various VR platforms.
- Ensure cross-platform compatibility, responsiveness, and accessibility of immersive content. (Desktop, Mobile, and VR experiences primarily Windows and Android platforms.)
- Maintain organized code repositories and follow development best practices, including version control and documentation.
- Stay informed on the latest trends and advancements in AR/VR technology, tools, and deployment methods.
- Coordinate with Vertiv's regional teams across different geographies to tailor training programs that address specific technical requirements, compliance standards, and cultural nuances.
- Provide secondary support for 3D asset creation including basic modeling, asset refinement, or optimization as needed to ensure smooth integration into immersive platforms.
- Facilitate consistent knowledge-sharing across regions and adapt training content to meet the needs of diverse international audiences.
- Leverage augmented and virtual reality (AR/VR) technologies to create immersive, interactive training modules that enhance understanding of complex high-density cooling systems.
- Regular virtual meetings with global counterparts across multiple time zones.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Game Development, Interactive Media, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years' experience in digital environment development, digital asset management, game design, or related fields.
- Strong communication skills with experience working on globally diverse teams.
- Preferred experience in instructional design and training delivery.
- Familiarity with AR/VR tools to deliver hands on experiences remotely.
- Proficiency in AR/VR development platforms such as Unity (C#) or Unreal Engine (Blueprint/C++).
- Experience deploying experiences to devices like Oculus/Meta Quest, HTC Vive, HoloLens, or mobile AR (iOS/Android).
- Knowledge of spatial computing concepts, real-time rendering, and immersive interaction design.
- Familiarity with integrating 3D assets and working with standard file types (.FBX, .GLTF, etc.).
- Ability to script interactive sequences, triggers, and UI behaviors.
- Understanding of performance optimization techniques and constraints for real-time environments.
- Experience with version control tools (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional, Globally reaching, agile teams.
- Optional: Familiarity with XR SDKs (ARKit, ARCore, MRTK), haptics, or analytics integration.
