o Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and forecasts.

Budgeting and Forecasting:
o Develop and manage annual budgets and financial forecasts.
o Analyze variances between actual and budgeted results.
o Provide insights and recommendations for cost management and revenue
enhancement.
Tax Compliance and Planning:
o Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.
o Identify tax savings opportunities and strategies.
o Liaise with tax authorities and external auditors as needed.
Internal Controls and Audits:
o Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets.
o Coordinate and support internal and external audits.
o Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Financial Analysis and Strategy:
o Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
o Provide financial advice to management on investment opportunities, cost
reduction, and risk management.
o Support business planning and performance improvement initiatives.
Team Collaboration:
o Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial data.
o Provide guidance and mentorship to junior finance team members.
o Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the finance team.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Chartered Accountant (CA) certification is mandatory.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
Proven experience as a Chartered Accountant, preferably in the manufacturing or FMCG
industry.
In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
