- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Operations, or a related field
- 6-8 years of experience in strategy, management consulting, or operational roles within dynamic industries
- Proficiency in analytical tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, and other data visualization platforms
- Exhibited expertise in financial modeling, KPI tracking, and performance evaluations alongside strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Experience in industries like consulting, finance, or technology
- Prior exposure to strategic planning or change management initiatives
