You will be responsible for defining the product vision, roadmap, and execution, working closely with global customers, Western partners, sales, marketing, and internal engineering teams. We seek an individual who has experience building and scaling products in a startup environment, thinks in structured frameworks, and can effortlessly switch between whiteboarding sessions, customer presentations, and sprint planning. You will blend sharp product intuition with hands-on delivery, while keeping up-to-date with AI and technological trends that influence modern product development.RequirementsWhat You’ll Do

Take ownership of and continuously develop the product roadmap for StratPilot and/or Grow Beyond Borders, balancing customer needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility.
Work collaboratively with global customers, Western partners, and internal sales and marketing teams to discover opportunities and validate product concepts.
Convert customer feedback and market trends into clear product requirements, prototypes, and detailed specifications.
Partner closely with engineering teams to plan sprints, coordinate releases, and ensure a robust product pipeline.
Create prototypes and facilitate whiteboarding sessions, progressing from initial concepts to comprehensive specifications.
Communicate the product vision, development progress, and solutions to customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Align go-to-market strategies with product launches through coordination with marketing and sales teams.
Advocate for a structured, data-driven approach to product decision-making while maintaining agility and responsiveness.

What We’re Looking For

Over 5 years of experience in product management, product ownership, or a closely related field.
Demonstrated success in building and scaling products within a startup setting, preferably with products that have gained significant traction.
Solid knowledge of deployment architecture, cloud infrastructure, and contemporary technology stacks.
Exceptional communication and documentation skills, with confidence in whiteboarding, specification writing, and presenting to diverse audiences.
Experience collaborating with Western clients, partners, or distributed international teams.
A structured approach with the ability to organize complex workflows, prioritize decisively, and ensure accountability.
Practical prototyping skills, comfortable creating wireframes, mockups, or rapid proof-of-concept models.
A genuine passion for AI, emerging technologies, and their impact on transforming product development.
