About the Role :You’ll gain hands-on experience running day-to-day operations in a fast-paced company, using Zoho’s suite of applications to coordinate across teams, manage stakeholders, and ensure smooth workflows.Key Responsibilities:Operations Management:Oversee daily company operations end-to-endEnsure processes are documented and followedStakeholder Coordination:Speak with customers to gather requirements and relay them to the Operations team.Liaise with vendors and communicate updates to OperationsCoordinate with Auditors, Finance, and Legal teams for compliance and reportingZoho Platform Usage:Use Zoho Recruit, Zoho CRM, Zoho Invoice (and other Zoho apps) to track tasks, raise invoices, and manage data.Generate and send client invoices; follow up on paymentsClient & Finance Liaison:Interact with clients to secure timely paymentsUpdate payment status in Zoho Invoice and escalate any delays to FinanceDigital Presence Support:

Work with the Digital Marketing team to plan and schedule regular social-media promos

Ensure all updates go live on time and reflect current campaigns.
