Job Summary:The Corporate Relations Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate partners, driving collaborations, and creating placement and internship opportunities. This role acts as a bridge between the organization and industry to enhance employability and business growth.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain relationships with corporates for placements, internships, and partnershipsIdentify new companies and onboard them for recruitment drives.Coordinate and manage campus drives, hiring events, and job fairsAct as a single point of contact between companies and internal teamsUnderstand hiring requirements and align candidate profiles accordinglyCollaborate with training teams to ensure candidates meet industry expectations.Negotiate terms of engagement, MoUs, and partnership agreementsMaintain a database of recruiters, job openings, and placement recordsTrack placement performance and generate reportsRepresent the organization in corporate meetings, events, and networking forumsRequirementsExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsStrong networking and negotiation abilitiesUnderstanding of recruitment and hiring processesBusiness development and client management skillsAbility to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlinesPresentation and interpersonal skills
