And finally, you’re open and borderless – naturally inclusive in how you work with others.Required Technical and Professional ExpertiseHaving 4+ years of experience in Timely preparation of SLA report for review by DC ManagerServer Inventory managementManage Infrastructure Operations, Support, Maintenance servicesGuide and support team members in call closure and escalationPursue with team for change implementation and closureTracking and closing daily issues by coordinating with respective customer SMECompliance trackingServer commissioning and De-commissioning updatesDaily BAU activity management, incident allocation managementPublish weekly & Monthly dashboard for all the managed servicesPreferred Technical and Professional Experience

Automation experience, especially IaaS (infrastructure as a code)
Vulnerability management
Microsoft Active Directory and federation services
