MBA-HR is preferred.Experience :5+ years of SAP ExperienceWorked on minimum 2 end to end implementations and one support projectExpertise in – Payroll ( European or Asia specific country Payroll) OR Expertise in Time(Positive Time, TM00) – Extensively worked on PCRs, SchemasTechno functional consultants with payroll expertise are preferredGood Communication & Presentation SkillsAware of all the stages of ASAP methodologyShould have basic ABAP HR and Debugging skillsMandatory/requires Skills :
Payrol ( European or Asia specific country Payroll)orPositive Time Management – Extensively worked on PCRs, SchemasPreferred Skills :HR Process and FormsHR RenewalSAP HCM CertificationGerman Language skills
