Coordinates with all departments to ensure that the Quality Targets are met.
Monitoring of corrective and preventive actions derived from NC and customer
complaints and responding to them.
Do the necessary to guarantee that Quality Assurance and Quality Control rules and
procedures are in place in-house as well as at Suppliers facility.
Prepare Product Quality control plan with all tests, inspections, evidence required.
Close quality follow-up with client.
Conduct on site quality issues investigations and analysis.
Perform regular audits and follow resolution of actions in place on manufacturing
line.
Manage all interfaces with the Client for all Quality issues, do visit on need basis.
QC in-house testing for various products, Calibration.
Identify the root of technical issues and recommend fixes and prepare CAPA report.
Develop and maintain documentation related to quality systems, procedures, and
processes.
