We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Performance Marketer specializing in PPC campaigns for the eCommerce sector. The ideal candidate will have 6-7 years of experience in PPC marketing, specifically within the eCommerce industry, with a strong focus on maximizing Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and Return on Investment (ROI). The role requires expertise in managing search engine paid campaigns, particularly Google and Bing, and a proven track record of success in driving results in the USA market.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute PPC strategies to drive customer acquisition, sales, and revenue while maintaining a strong focus on ROAS and ROI metrics.
  • Manage and optimize PPC campaigns across various platforms, with a primary focus on Google and Bing, to ensure maximum effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and A/B testing to continuously improve campaign performance and drive conversions.
  • Analyze campaign data, generate actionable insights, and implement optimizations to enhance overall performance and meet KPIs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, analytics, and product, to align PPC strategies with broader business objectives.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, new tools, and best practices to implement innovative PPC strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 6-7 years of hands-on experience in PPC marketing within the eCommerce industry.
  • Proven expertise in managing and optimizing PPC campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
  • Experience in maximizing ROAS and ROI while effectively managing budgets.
  • Proficiency in using analytics and PPC management tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads Editor, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and drive results.
Additional Requirements:
  • Prior experience in the USA market with a deep understanding of its nuances and consumer behavior.
  • Certifications in Google Ads or Bing Ads are preferred.
  • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and understanding of online consumer behavior is a plus.
