- and power distribution networks.
- Ensure high availability and reliability of electrical infrastructure across the plant.

- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and regulatory requirements applicable to
- pharma/API operations.
- Maintain audit readiness with proper documentation, calibration, and validation practices.
- *Project & Improvement Initiatives*
- Support electrical-related CAPEX projects, plant expansions, and system upgrades.
- Implement energy-saving initiatives and automation for efficient power management.
- *Safety & Risk Management*
- Ensure adherence to electrical safety standards and HSE guidelines.
- Conduct regular safety audits, risk assessments, and preventive actions.
- *Team Management*
- Lead and guide the electrical team for smooth operations and continuous improvement.
