Client's business problem to solve Our NTT Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) team has implemented a wide range of solutions including Low Code No code platform, Micro automations, Web development and Interactive platforms, other processes, and technologies for our clients to bring about real transformation for customers of all sizes. Our end-to-end administrative services help streamline operations, improve productivity, and strengthen cash flow to help our customers stay competitive and improve employee and customer experience. In this role you will be responsible to: Achieve benchmark efficiency in customer service operations and gather insights from data to improve effectiveness of service delivery. Create systems and data infrastructure for analytics on customer service operations. Automate extraction, transformation and loading of data from multiple systems. Develop tools to aid in forecasting, planning and analytical decision making. Design, develop and automate real-time dashboards for visual analytics and reporting on all key metrics. Perform statistical analysis on customer behavior pattern and gather insights. Identify areas for improvement, use quantitative methods and optimization techniques to increase operational efficiency. Work on data mining projects and present actionable business insights. Support the management with timely analysis and deliverables on operation.
