Job Description :Job Role: ReceptionistJob Location: Rajarhat, KolkataSummary:We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Receptionist to support our on-site operations at the Rajarhat, Kolkata office. This role is essential in shaping the first impression of our organization, ensuring a warm, efficient, and well-organized front office environment. The Receptionist will serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, clients, and internal staff, managing communications, appointments, and administrative workflows with accuracy and courtesy. The ideal candidate will possess at least 6 months of experience in reception or administrative support, preferably within the hospitality or hotel sector, and be fluent in English, Bengali, and Hindi. This position requires a female candidate who is comfortable living and working in the Rajarhat area and committed to maintaining a high standard of professionalism and service excellence.Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome visitors promptly and courteously at the Rajarhat site office.
  • Answer, screen, and professionally route incoming phone calls and messages.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked reception area with essential office supplies.
  • Provide accurate information to visitors, callers, and staff through in-person, phone, and email interactions.
  • Manage inventory and place timely orders for office supplies.
  • Schedule meetings, update calendars, and coordinate room bookings as needed.
  • Assist in arranging travel, accommodations, and preparing travel vouchers for staff.
  • Track and maintain records of office expenses and operational costs.
  • Perform routine clerical tasks including filing, photocopying, faxing, and document transcribing.
Requirements
  • Minimum 6 months of proven experience in receptionist or administrative support roles, preferably in hospitality or hotel operations.
  • Female candidates only.
  • Must be comfortable working and residing in the Rajarhat, Newtown area.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Bengali, and Hindi.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in basic computer operations, including MS Excel and digital scheduling tools.
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, on-site office environment.
  • Willingness to work 6 days a week (no Sunday off).

  • Relevant Experience: Minimum 6 months in receptionist or administrative support within hospitality/hotel sector

  • Salary: Up to ₹20,000
  • Work Schedule: 6 days per week (no Sunday off)
  • Notice period - Immediate to 15 days
