- Greet and welcome visitors promptly and courteously at the Rajarhat site office.
- Answer, screen, and professionally route incoming phone calls and messages.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked reception area with essential office supplies.
- Provide accurate information to visitors, callers, and staff through in-person, phone, and email interactions.
- Manage inventory and place timely orders for office supplies.
- Schedule meetings, update calendars, and coordinate room bookings as needed.
- Assist in arranging travel, accommodations, and preparing travel vouchers for staff.
- Track and maintain records of office expenses and operational costs.
- Perform routine clerical tasks including filing, photocopying, faxing, and document transcribing.
- Minimum 6 months of proven experience in receptionist or administrative support roles, preferably in hospitality or hotel operations.
- Female candidates only.
- Must be comfortable working and residing in the Rajarhat, Newtown area.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Bengali, and Hindi.
- Professional appearance and demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in basic computer operations, including MS Excel and digital scheduling tools.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, on-site office environment.
- Willingness to work 6 days a week (no Sunday off).
- Relevant Experience: Minimum 6 months in receptionist or administrative support within hospitality/hotel sector

- Salary: Up to ₹20,000
