You will design and implement test plans simulating customer environments, ensure issue resolution, and serve as a technical mentor for the team.Key Responsibilities:

Own the design and execution of real-world customer scenarios across hybrid environments.

Build test labs using virtual machines, cloud resources, and physical hardware.

Reproduce and troubleshoot high-complexity customer issues in close collaboration with support and product teams.

Define testing strategy and lead test cases development.

Serve as the go-to technical leader for customer-centric testing and integration validation.

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of QA/test engineering experience, with at least 2 in a leadership or mentoring role.

Deep experience with Linux systems, networking, and test lab environments.

Familiarity with AWS, Azure, GCP, and virtualized environments like VMware.

Strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills across global teams.

Preferred Skills:

Automation experience in Java and scripting in Bash or Python

Exposure to cybersecurity, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and distributed systems.

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and container technologies.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Experience with DevOps tooling, performance testing, and security testing.
