- Masters degree in business administration with 10+ years of work experience in Marketing and Sales
- Experience in partnerships/alliances with an understanding of consumer behavior, product operations, business processes and revenue impact
- Good to have knowledge of India Payments industry, Business/Retail Banking, Cards or Commercial/Consumer Financial Services.
- Understanding of digital trends, knowledge on Commercial and new age payment solutions is critical to the role
- Competency in Microsoft Office - Excel, PowerPoint, Word and the ability to interpret and extract data.
- Understanding of Visa Products and services is a plus
- Good client engagement and interpersonal skills. Confident interacting with and presenting to senior management of clients, Visa, merchant and fintech partners.
- High level of personal integrity, loyalty and ability to keep information classified is required as the candidate will have access to sensitive and confidential client information.
- Excellent analytical skills, strong business acumen and project management skills.
- Demonstrated negotiation and business development skills to interact with senior professionals in financial institutions
- Appreciation of technology and trends to be able to demonstrate thought leadership.
- Self-motivated, results driven, flexible, customer focused team-player with the ability to work in a multi-cultural, matrix environment is required.
- Execute initiatives required in India to meet key result areas.
- Recommend to key stakeholder's product development, platform enhancements and usage initiatives.
- Manage budgeted activities within designated time limits.
- Manage ongoing client support activities in respect of Business Debit and Credit products.
- Develop and manage service level agreements with vendor.
- Ensure compliance to Visa Inc policies and guidelines in relations to all Business products processes.
