As a part of the marketing team, reporting to the brand manager, you’ll be responsible for producing visuals and videos that meet the Averna brand standards and that align with the corporate strategic objectives. You will collaborate with internal teams worldwide and contribute to projects for both internal and external communications.Key Responsibilities:Creative Production

Develop creative concepts, visuals, simple animation, videos and brand assets for website, social media, tradeshows, webinars, magazines, email, ABM initiatives, internal events, HR programs, etc.
Adapt designs to different audiences, industries, and channels while maintaining brand consistency.

Project & Process Management

Responsible for managing design and video projects from concept to delivery. autonomously within a given timeframe.
Prepare files for digital publishing and print production.
Ensure efficient organization, version control, and archiving of creative assets.

Brand & Market Understanding

Collaborate with marketing, sales, HR, product, and regional teams to support global initiatives.
Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of visual content.

QualificationsThe ideal candidate in a few wordsTechnical skills:

A bachelor’s degree in graphic and video design and/or a portfolio showing relevant experience in graphic and video design.
3 to 6 years of experience as a graphic and video designer.
Mastering the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for graphic design; and Adobe Premiere pro, After Effects for video design.
Fluent in English.
Experience in both digital and printed graphic design.
Strong graphic sense with excellent eye for details and understanding of design trends.

Comfortable in an international environment, working with cross-functional teams and remote teams
Strong communication skills
Driven by creativity and innovation while meeting brand guidelines
Organized and process-oriented

Nice-to-Have Skills, in this order of preference:

3D rendering capabilities
Photography and/or video capture skills (products, machines, events, etc.)
UX/UI experience for software interface
Speak a 2nd or 3rd language such as French, German, Chinese, Japanese or Vietnamese
Motion graphic expertise
Familiar with Canva
