- Provide deep expertise in network security, SaaS access, secure internet, and cloud services.
- Create low-level designs, configuration guides, and operational runbooks to standardize processes.
- Troubleshoot security tooling issues and drive implementation support.
- Partner with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure compliance with policies and global standards.
- Assess and enhance network security posture by addressing risks, threats, and cost-effective improvements.
- Apply advanced security knowledge to enterprise applications, systems, and data assets.
- Preferred certifications: CISSP, CISA, or GIAC.
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with strong hands-on expertise in firewalls, proxies, and Zscaler (ZIA, ZPA, ZDX).
- Cloud expertise across Azure and AWS, with a deep understanding of Zero Trust Architecture.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting, performance monitoring, and security risk mitigation.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to technical and non-technical audiences.
