- Understand existing processes and facilitate change requirements as part of a structured change control process
- Experience of architecture, design, and implementation of complex, highly available and highly scalable solutions
- Experience in a broad set of technologies related to IT infrastructure and cloud to drive the adoption of Cloud in enabling the transition from traditional platforms to cloud-ready architectures.
- Solve day-to-day issues arising while running robotics processes and provide timely resolutions
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and challenges
- Translate business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications for technical teams
- Collaborate with technology teams to design solutions that meet business needs
- Experience is requirement gathering and dealing with client stake holders directly
- Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams
- Create detailed documentation including business requirements, process flows, use cases, and user stories
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Experience in Finastra Product suite for Trade finance or Cash and Liquidity Management (Mandatory)
- MBA preferred but not essential
- Prior experience of handling LMS or trade finance solution from Finastra
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Should be well versed with Jira, confluence, and other Project Management Tools
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) is advantageous but not mandatory
